I'm looking for ANY info re the Midiman G Man sound module.
I had two. I paid $170 each from Sam Ash when Sam Ash was dumping them after MidiMan was sued by Roland and lost. The pots eventually became balky. They used an AC power supply. I also had a Fatar MidiEasy I think it was called. Sold it for $50 after buying it for $99 way back. I always enjoyed having budget stuff mixed in with my boutique moduals. The Goldstar GS1000R is still being used for a few of its GM pads.

[I love how people reply to twenty-year old posts..!]

Yep, I made good use of my MidiMan for many years -- until a cap went
or something and the hum was many decibels higher that the music!
Still occasionally think of repairing it, but these days I can get
so much more out of my computer and Soundfonts it's not really worth it.
